My right bud stopped working a couple weeks ago. I ran though a reset and it started working, but then it went through a software upgrade. After that I could not get it to work. Jumped through BOSE troubleshooting dialogue and it was still not working. Hours spent troubleshooting. They had return them under warranty. Curious to see what happens….
