The reduced starting load for a 52gr bullet in 22-250 would be 21.3gr of H4895(35.5gr x .6 = 21.3gr). I would imagine that would put the velocity in the low 2,000fps range. I have tried the 60% rule in 300 win mag and the accuracy was pretty good.
