The two negatives at NetJets for me: You need to be away from home a lot of hours, more than the 121 world (unless you commute at an airline), a lot of that being away from home time is spent in FBOs and Hampton Inn type places, at least on the smaller airframes.
The most recent bid award has closed. More than 50 upgrades were awarded. The most junior PIC is an Aug 2008 hire, so upgrade in 14 years. However, there are only 5 more FO's from 2008 & 2009 that have not yet had a chance to upgrade.
