May 26, 2020 · Same thing only one injector. I tried the ecm off the unit that’s not starting and it started the running ranger just fine. I swapped crank position sensors same resaults. I tested continuity from the injector wires to the ecm plug and that’s good. I tested continuity on the 3 crank position sensor wires to ecm plug and they are all good. We do send out a new clutch kit with the bigger motors like the 900 and the 1000 but the factory clutch kit with the 570 is sufficient. I replaced a speed sensor once in a 900 crew and it caused the ecm fuse to blow. Once unplugged it wasnt an issue. Ordered another new speed sensor and it fixed it.
