Hey, all. About 9 months after the purchase of my litter robot 3 connect, I got the rapid yellow flash, telling me I had a fault in my pinch detector. After cleaning the metal bits failed, I ended up cutting the metal ends off and using a butt splice with an environmental seal to connect the 2 wires and bypass the pinch detector all together.
I recently had to contact support for a failed DFI sensor (out of warranty), and got a response within a few days. After some discussion with support, they did send me a new DFI kit, so in total that process took about 2 …
