If u got it .,. check all your gaskets could be a air leak if u put new carb on a gasket could be on wrong.If you feel or hear air coming out of your air box it means your intake valve is either too tight. or hanging open. If you hear air coming out of the exhaust pipe it means exhaust valve too tight or possibly burned. Remove the house that goes from the crankcase to the air box.Take off the bowl, the idle jet, the main jet, everything that is removeable. Soak everything in a small container of gas/cleaning solution. You need a sewing needle to to push through ALL of the small openings. Fuel passages, main jet, idle jet, every hole.
