I'd go Owners Suite, purely based upon overall size. The Penthouse is smaller (682sqft) but a lot of that is a larger balcony. The Owners Suite is 879sqft overall (looks like the balcony is smaller than the Owners but still plenty of space). 1.Other cruise lines do not do that! Celebrity does as well, but I am not sure about other cruise lines. This is new for me. We got a email about bidding for a upgrade. We are now in a regular unobstructed balcony. The bidding for a larger veranda starts at $45.00 and a mini suite is $390.00 to start.
