In March, I purchased an EVERBILT 1/2 HP Submersible Sump Pump from Rocket Dealz. This was bought as a back up pump and wasn't opened until it was needed, yesterday June 3, 2021. The pump's on/off switch housing was cracked They refused to replace the pump or the broken part.
