I'm saying that since you have 2000 slivers,you're basically free of concern about buying rivens. You can go for 200 consecutive weeks buying a riven without needing to deliberately farm slivers. An option to spend 1000 in one go would be fine,but another way to look at it is that you have a ton of rivens already with no additional effort.
